What is PDR, or Paintless Dent Repair:
- Repair and Removal of minor Dents and Dings commonly caused by the impact of car doors, shopping carts, physical vandalization or other manual impacts that have not been in a Vehicle-to-Vehicle collision.
- PDR is a specialized method of removing dents by slowly, and gently massaging and manipulating out the metal, using special lighting and precise leverage with specialized dent rods and our specially formulated glue pull system.
- We do not remove or replace any panels, or do any collision style repair that requires sanding, pounding, bondo or paint.

What are the tools used in PDR:
- We use a variety of Specialty Steel rods to get behind the dented panel, using the access holes provided by the vehicle manufacturer. Using this access, the dent is gently pushed out from behind.
- We use a Hot Glue pulling system with small and large tabs that is created Specifically for PDR, and is primarily used when there is no access from behind. *The HOT glue that we use has been specially formulated to be completely safe on original factory paint*
